Our Clubhouse is located at 62 Juniper Lane in Phase III. The Clubhouse serves as our meeting site and can also be rented by our homeowners for special occasions. The cost to rent per function is $100, with an additional $75 as a security deposit. After the renters have cleaned the Clubhouse and restored it back to its original state for its next use, it will be inspected and the security deposit will be returned to the homeowner.
The Clubhouse can be rented for your parties and functions providing a larger venue than your own home. It is equipped with:

- Vacuum Cleaner
There is also ample parking and a picnic area for outdoor entertainment.
